Will your Microsoft Forms link survive the person who made it leaving?
A team can inherit a request form and still lose the link customers use to reach it. Microsoft's existing Forms guide says moving an individual form to a group makes the group its owner, but the original link keeps working only while the original owner's account exists. Once that account is hard deleted, the old link stops working. I would put the published links on the leaving checklist alongside ownership. Find the form in the website, saved email replies and printed QR codes; confirm the group form's current response link and replace the old one wherever needed. Have the person taking over submit a test request through each public route and find it at the receiving end. That is a handover check I'd recommend, not a migration I've tested. There is a second detail in the guide: open the response workbook from the moved form to perform the initial sync, and don't move that workbook elsewhere or new responses won't sync to it. A tidy shared folder is a poor trade for requests the team no longer sees.
