Your files, calendar, email, and other accounts provide the context and the means to act. A request might begin with a document and finish with a message, a reservation, or an updated record.
Bring the useful material
Add relevant files and links to the conversation. For a business introduction, that might be your portfolio. For a trip, it could be dates, a saved hotel, and a few places you loved.
Choose the account
Use Connections and the dedicated sign-in screens to authorize supported services. Check which account you connected and the permissions it requests. Keep passwords and access tokens out of the conversation.
Available actions depend on the services connected and the version you use. If a service cannot complete a step, Kryden should explain what remains and help you pick it up.
Keep the work moving.
The conversation is where you steer. Useful material—a plan, a document, a webpage, or a result—appears alongside it when needed. Ask for a change in the same place: “Use the later flight,” “Make the introduction warmer,” or “Leave Saturday free.”
Know what happened
Look for a result you can use: the sent message, the reservation confirmation, the updated file. If something needs your attention, the next decision should be clear. A draft or a progress message alone does not mean an external action finished.
Come back to the work
Conversations organize your work. Library collects useful files, images, and links. These destinations help you return to the material without starting the explanation from scratch.
Give recurring work a rhythm
Use Routines for a request that repeats: a morning brief, a weekly check, or a review of new replies. Specify when it should run and what deserves your attention. Review scheduled results in Briefs. Workflows are available for repeatable sequences across supported connections.
A schedule depends on where the work runs, your connections, and the support in your version. Do not assume a local task keeps running while the app is closed or the computer is asleep; check the actual run result.
Let the useful context carry forward.
Your preference for a quiet restaurant. The way you introduce your business. The budget you already agreed on. Kryden is being built to bring relevant context into the next piece of work, so each conversation can start a little further along.
Make it accurate
Use What Kryden knows to inspect the memory controls in your version. Correct a preference when it changes and remove information you no longer want used.
Make the important details explicit
Continuity improvements are still in progress. Include essential files, dates, and decisions for important work, and check that Kryden has understood them. Perfect recall or automatic resumption is not guaranteed.
Removing remembered context does not undo a sent message, booking, or change in another service. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion in more detail.
Your direction. Your decisions.
Be clear about the room Kryden has to act. You might authorize a specific set of follow-ups while keeping a new purchase or an important message for review. Connecting an account is not blanket permission for every possible action.
In the new experience, confirmation stays in the conversation. Ask for a revision, add a condition, or say no. Before a commitment, check the people, price, timing, and terms that matter. AI can make mistakes; verify consequential facts and decisions.
Share deliberately
Connect only the accounts needed for the work, review their permissions, and disconnect them when access is no longer needed. Use the dedicated connection screens for credentials. Your privacy choices and the service terms apply across the work Kryden does.
At home on your desktop.
Kryden is a local-first desktop app. Your computer is the starting point for the experience, with Settings for appearance, accounts, and the options available in your version.
Local-first does not mean everything stays on the device or works offline. Model providers and connected services may process the information needed for a request. Internet access and available connections affect what the app can do.
The new interface brings conversation, useful material, and follow-through together. Older installations may use names such as Glance, Summon, or Tailoring; follow the controls shown in your app.
Already using Kryden?
Your installed app, existing downloads, and update service remain available. Continue to use the update and account controls in your version. Client HQ remains available for your account.
The coming-soon page is for the new experience. Joining its waitlist does not install or update the app.
When something needs attention
- Read the message in the app and check the relevant connection or account.
- If a message, booking, or other change may already have happened, check the destination before repeating it.
- Retry once the cause is resolved. Keep your profile and existing data in place while troubleshooting.
