Terms for using Kryden
Last updated April 6, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kryden website, Client HQ, Leadbox, and related products and services offered by Kryden.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Kryden, submitting discovery information, purchasing a service, creating a Client HQ account, or using Leadbox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Kryden on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. What Kryden provides
Kryden provides managed website services, Leadbox form capture, Client HQ account and project tools, discovery and onboarding flows, request handling, and related support features. Some services are self-serve, while others involve manual delivery, review, implementation, or support by Kryden.
Kryden may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including features that are still being refined or released in stages.
3. Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account or workspace.
You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account. Kryden may suspend or restrict access if account information is materially false, if payments fail, or if use of the service creates legal, security, or operational risk.
4. Your content and materials
You retain ownership of the content, brand assets, files, and materials you provide to Kryden. You grant Kryden the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, review, adapt, display, and use those materials to provide the services you requested.
You are responsible for ensuring that the materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights and that Kryden has permission to use them in connection with your project.
5. Leadbox-specific responsibilities
If you use Leadbox, you are responsible for making any disclosures, obtaining any consents, and maintaining any policies required for your own website, forms, and communications practices.
Leadbox is intended to capture submissions from forms you control or are authorized to manage. You may not use Leadbox to intercept, duplicate, or collect submissions from websites or forms without authorization.
6. Fees, subscriptions, and credits
- • Paid services may include one-time project fees, recurring care plans, one-time credit top-ups, or other fees disclosed before purchase.
- • Checkout and subscription processing are handled through Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms and payment processing requirements.
- • Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are generally non-refundable after purchase or once work has started, except where required by law.
- • You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and for paying applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges associated with your purchase.
Credits, if included with a plan or purchased separately, are part of Kryden’s request-handling system and do not represent stored cash, bank value, or a transferable instrument.
7. Scope, delivery, and support
Kryden may classify, queue, fulfill, or quote work based on the service purchased, the plan attached to the workspace, the request submitted, and the actual scope involved.
Timelines, launch dates, and support windows are estimates unless Kryden has separately committed to a specific timeline in writing.
Kryden may decline, defer, or require a separate quote for work that falls outside the scope of the purchased service, requires custom development, or creates legal, compliance, security, or operational risk.
8. Acceptable use
- • Use Kryden, Leadbox, Client HQ, or any related service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or deceptive activity.
- • Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use, store, publish, or process.
- • Use Leadbox on forms or websites you do not control or do not have authority to instrument.
- • Use Kryden services to collect information in violation of privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, or other applicable laws.
- • Attempt to interfere with security, availability, access controls, billing logic, or service integrity.
- • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or republish protected parts of the service except as allowed by law or by our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
Kryden retains all rights in the Kryden brand, software, service logic, internal tools, workflows, layouts, and platform components, except to the extent rights are expressly assigned to you in a separate written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Kryden’s platform, software, or branding to you.
10. Third-party services
Kryden may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, email, storage, and payment processors. Those services are subject to their own terms and operational constraints.
Kryden is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms outside Kryden’s reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers
Kryden is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every requested outcome will be available through self-serve tooling.
Except as expressly stated in writing, Kryden disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryden will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or interruption of business arising from or related to the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryden’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Kryden for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using Kryden at any time. Kryden may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse the service, or create legal, operational, security, or abuse risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, privacy, and enforcement, will survive termination.
