Terms for using Kryden
Last updated August 1, 2026. Version 2026-08-01. These Terms form an agreement between you and Kryden Ventures, LLC ("Kryden," "we," "us," or "our") when you access or use a Kryden product or service that links to them.
1. Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using a covered service, creating an account, submitting information, connecting a provider, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Kryden for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and authorize the accounts, content, data, connected services, communications, and actions you bring into Kryden.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is older, to create a Kryden account, purchase a service, or use Kryden Agent.
2. Covered services and modes
Covered services may include the public website, downloads, Kryden Agent, Kryden HQ, Kryden Brain, Kryden Cloud, Telegram access, integrations, workflows, Leadbox, managed websites, billing, support, and other products that link to these Terms.
- • Local Agent: a desktop runtime and state under your operating-system account. Optional Brain and connected services can send selected content off the device.
- • Kryden Cloud: a workspace-scoped Agent runtime on managed infrastructure with Kryden HQ control-plane access.
- • Kryden Brain: a Kryden-operated gateway that sends request content to a model provider to generate a response.
- • Connected services: optional direct or managed connections to third-party accounts, including Telegram and supported integration providers.
Features, platforms, release versions, plans, and availability are those shown in the current product and checkout surfaces. Source code, a private canary, a roadmap, or a preview does not make a feature generally available.
3. Accounts, passkeys, devices, and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your passkeys and devices, use appropriately limited permissions for connected accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your valid account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may not share credentials in a way that defeats workspace membership, impersonate another person, bypass authorization, or attempt to access another workspace. Kryden may revoke sessions, require reauthentication, or restrict access to protect the service or users.
4. Your content and Kryden output
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Kryden a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, display, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, and administer the requested services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content, contacts, files, accounts, records, instructions, and integrations you use. Provider terms may grant separate rights to a provider.
As between you and Kryden, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and applicable provider terms, you own output generated for you through the services. Output may not be unique, and other users may receive the same or similar output. Kryden does not warrant that output is protectable, accurate, or noninfringing, and third-party content may be subject to separate rights or restrictions.
5. AI output, memory, and important decisions
Kryden Agent and Brain can generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable output. Output is not professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, safety, or other expert advice. You must review output and verify important facts before relying on it.
Memory and context features may omit, misread, or retain information in ways you did not expect. Review and correct important stored context and keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
Do not use Kryden to make or materially determine employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, government-benefit, or legal-rights decisions unless Kryden has expressly approved that use in writing and the legally required safeguards are active.
6. Tools, approvals, workflows, and external effects
Kryden may read information or take actions in connected systems when you request or authorize it. Approval, capability, workflow, and reconciliation controls reduce risk but do not eliminate every error, delay, or duplicate external effect.
Kryden asks before external write actions by default. If Kryden offers an autonomous workflow mode, a workspace owner must expressly enable it for a defined scope and must be able to review, pause, and revoke it. Actions outside that scope and restricted actions identified by Kryden require fresh approval.
Payments or transfers, entering contracts or accepting third-party legal terms, changing permissions or credentials, deleting accounts or material data, public publication, and consequential decisions may require fresh approval or may be unavailable. A message channel such as Telegram cannot by itself grant workspace ownership or silently enable autonomy.
You remain responsible for reviewing proposed actions, limiting connected-account permissions, and checking material provider-side results.
7. Integrations, Telegram, and third parties
A direct integration lets Kryden communicate with a service you connect. A managed integration may allow the integration provider to hold upstream authorization credentials and process action or trigger data. Telegram is a third-party cloud messaging service, not a private extension of your local device.
Each third-party service is governed by its own terms, availability, permissions, data practices, and account decisions. You authorize Kryden and the provider to exchange the information needed for the task you request. Disconnecting a provider may stop future access but does not necessarily erase records already held by the provider or records Kryden must retain for security, billing, disputes, or law.
Kryden does not guarantee that a provider will approve an application, keep an API available, preserve a permission, execute an action, or retain data. Catalog presence is not a promise that every provider action is production-ready.
8. Local and Cloud data
Local and Cloud environments are separate. Their histories do not automatically merge, and moving between them requires an explicit export or import where supported. Review the destination before treating a migration as complete.
Kryden does not offer a universal uptime, backup, restoration, export, or data-loss guarantee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable content.
Stopping or deleting one Kryden service does not remotely delete local-device data or information held by Telegram, a connected provider, Stripe, or another third party. Active infrastructure, backups, security logs, provider records, and legal holds can have different deletion timelines, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Fees, subscriptions, and credits
- • Paid services may include one-time project fees, recurring subscriptions or care plans, usage balances, service credits, or other fees clearly disclosed before purchase.
- • Stripe processes checkout and subscription payments. You authorize the amount, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms presented before you purchase and agree to keep billing information current.
- • Recurring services continue until canceled using the method presented in the applicable account or by contacting support when no authenticated cancellation control is available. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund or prorate an already-started billing period.
- • Except where applicable law requires otherwise and except to correct a confirmed duplicate, unauthorized, or Kryden billing-error charge, charges are nonrefundable after they are incurred.
- • Credits and usage balances are service units, not bank deposits, stored cash, or transferable payment instruments. Product-specific purchase disclosures control their use and any clearly disclosed expiration.
Failed or disputed payments may pause the related entitlement while the issue is resolved. A product-specific order, checkout disclosure, or signed statement of work may add terms for that purchase and controls if it conflicts with this general section.
10. Acceptable use and restricted data
- • Violate law, sanctions, export controls, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or another person's contract or authorization.
- • Commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, surveillance, spam, credential theft, malware distribution, or unauthorized access.
- • Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use, store, publish, transmit, or process.
- • Use Leadbox on forms or websites you do not control or are not authorized to manage.
- • Bypass security, approval, usage, billing, workspace, or provider controls; probe another user's workspace; or interfere with service availability.
- • Use automated output or connected actions in a way that causes material harm without appropriate human review.
- • Resell or expose the service in a way that makes Kryden responsible for an unapproved downstream product.
Unless Kryden has expressly agreed in writing to support a regulated use, do not submit protected health information subject to HIPAA, full payment-card or authentication data, biometric templates, highly sensitive government identifiers, export-controlled data, or regulated financial or education records.
11. Kryden software, feedback, and no agency
Kryden and its licensors retain ownership of the services, software, branding, documentation, workflows, layouts, and platform components, excluding your content and output rights described above. Subject to these Terms and any payment requirement, Kryden grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the covered service for its intended purpose.
If you provide feedback, Kryden may use it without restriction or compensation. Feedback does not include confidential information or Customer Content merely because it appears in a support request.
“Agent” is a product description. Kryden is not your legal agent, fiduciary, employee, broker, professional adviser, or representative and has no authority to bind you except for a specific connected action you expressly authorize. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
12. Service changes and beta features
Kryden may update software and change features to maintain security, provider compatibility, or product quality. We will provide reasonable notice of material reductions to a paid service when practical.
Preview, beta, private, or experimental features may change, fail, or be withdrawn and are not part of a generally available service promise unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a service at any time and may cancel a recurring service using the applicable account control or support path. Kryden may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, harm to others, provider termination, or when legally required.
Termination may end access to HQ, Brain, Cloud, integrations, Telegram routing, downloads, or support. Local data may remain on your device, and billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, legal, backup, and provider records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers and limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryden is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kryden does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, a particular result, or that AI output, a provider, integration, or third-party service will be available or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. General terms
You may not assign these Terms without Kryden's written consent. Kryden may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the applicable service, subject to applicable law.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable order or signed agreement form the entire agreement for the covered service. A signed order or agreement controls over these Terms for its specific subject; these Terms control over general website copy.
Notices may be provided through the service or sent to the email associated with your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including content rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and these general terms—will survive.
16. Changes and contact
Kryden may update these Terms as the services or legal requirements change. We will update the date and version above and provide additional notice when required. If a change materially affects your rights or introduces a materially different paid or data-use term, we may require affirmative acceptance before it applies rather than relying only on continued use.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
