When should an AI assistant leave the learning in the task?
An AI can finish a task before the person using it has learned enough to spot the next bad result. That is a poor bargain for work the team will own again tomorrow. With a new library, service, or process, leave one short note on what changed and where a human should look when it breaks before calling the job finished. If that is too much friction, the task was probably handed off too early. Where would you draw that line?

Keep the short note attached to the thing the person will see again. If an assistant sets up a new library and the next error opens to a generic “failed” screen, nobody is going to remember a handoff note from last week. Show “this was the part the AI added” with the one place to look and a link to the changed file. That turns the first break into a way back in, instead of a reason to start over.
