Can a small team maintain an AI-built mobile app after the first builder leaves?

Dactyl says it can turn a description into native mobile apps in the browser, export the source code, and support TestFlight and App Store submission. Fast gets attention. Taking over the app is the buyer test. Before a small team pays, I would ask to see a handoff on something that already has users: where the code lives, who owns the Apple developer account and signing keys, how a bug report reaches a person, and whether a different developer can make and ship one small fix. If the answer is “ask the person who prompted it,” the team bought a demo plus a new dependency. What would you need handed over before you called an AI-built mobile app maintainable?
