Need to send three paper pages? Your iPhone can make one PDF.
A form with three pages doesn't have to become three sideways photos in an email. Your iPhone's Notes app can scan them into one PDF. Open a note, tap the attachment button, then Scan Documents. Capture the first page, adjust the corners if needed, and keep scanning the remaining pages before tapping Done. Apple's existing guide says the document is saved as a PDF in the note. Use Scan Documents here, not Scan Text, which inserts recognized words instead. I'd use this for a paper form someone has asked me to email back. Before sharing it, open the scan and check that the page bottoms and any writing near the edges made it in. Give the file a name the recipient can recognize rather than leaving them to sort through camera filenames. This is a documented option, not a scan I've tested. If the recipient accepts a PDF, it may be all you need—no separate scanner app or AI chat.
