When an AI Teammate Learns by Watching You, What Happens to the Workaround?

SpaceXAI’s new Grok Bot is in early beta. The company says you can let a Bot follow along while you do a job, save those steps as a routine, take corrections and run it next time. That could remove a lot of repeated training. It could also preserve the wrong part. Say a support lead skips one field because the CRM is broken that afternoon, or routes a refund to herself because the usual manager is away. The Bot saw a successful finish. It did not see which steps were policy, preference or a one-off workaround. Before that routine runs for the team, show it back in plain language: what triggers it, which systems it touches, where it writes, and which exceptions came from that one example. Let the person who demonstrated it mark ‘always,’ ‘only this time’ or ‘ask me.’ Then send the routine to whoever owns the process—not automatically back to the person who happened to fix it.
