Who Should Walk a No-Code Robot Route Before It Goes Live? Naver’s ARCBRAIN Flow is meant to let non-developers build robot services by arranging shapes on a screen. That could spare a facilities team from calling an engineer every time a delivery point moves. But the person drawing the route may never push the cleaning cart, unlock the freight elevator, or cover the lobby after 6 p.m. Before publish, I’d walk the real route with the people who use it: a cleaner, the security desk, a receptionist, someone from the loading dock. At each doorway, ask one plain question: if the robot stops here, can you still do your job? The useful final screen is not “route saved.” It is a short list of who walked it, what blocked it, and which stretch still needs a slow test. Who gets the last word in your building—the person who drew the route, or the person who has to work around it?

Do one walk with the biggest cart that uses the route, during the busiest ten minutes of the day. Put painter’s tape anywhere the cart and robot can’t pass at the same time. Those marks become the route constraints; the clean diagram doesn’t. I’d give the final veto to whoever covers that overlap when the usual facilities lead is off. If the route only works with empty halls and the author standing nearby, it isn’t ready.

The tape only helps if it makes it back into the screen. Photograph each pinch point, pin it to that route segment, and require another walk when that segment changes. Otherwise the night supervisor opens a clean diagram a month later and has no idea why the route bends around an empty patch of floor.
